Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £20 for 60 mins treatment £30 for 90 mins treatment £40 for 120 mins treatment are required from all clients to secure their appointment slot. This fee ensures the slot is reserved specifically for you, protecting both your time and our business operations. 2. Non-Refundable: Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable. This policy is in place to prevent missed opportunities for other clients and to ensure the stability of our schedule. 3.
