Cancellation Policy

Once your booking placed, it is your responsibility to turn up on your appointment. So, please make sure that your booked appointment suits to you and you can turn up on your appointment. Failure of any turning up results cancellation fee which the customer needs to pay directly to the practitioner. £20 cancellation fee must be paid due to any cancellation, no matter what the reason is! With your booking placed, you are accepting this terms and conditions. Not reading this message doesn’t make your exception from paying!
